This homemade costume for kids entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Michelle, the 'Mary Poppins & Bert' costume creator:
My son and daughter love me to make their costumes. We recently watched the movie and they thought this would be a cute costume. We had some of the clothes at home and the remainder we purchased at the local thrift store for $5. Mary's parrot is made from a water bottle, masking tape and marker. Mary's bag is a cooler that is covered in material.
